Today, that legacy continues with owner Charlene Fajardo at the helm, blending modern experience with old-school values and working side by side with the previous owner to ensure every customer is treated like family.
Charlene’s roots in the collision repair industry run deep. Growing up in a family that owned multiple body shops, she started her journey working at a shop in Las Vegas while attending UNLV. After graduating, Charlene moved back to LA, launching a career that included roles as a GEICO field appraiser and at Caliber Collision as a service advisor, general manager, and acquisitions specialist.
After venturing out to start her own company in a different industry, and gaining even more perspective from the insurance side, Charlene returned to her true passion—auto body repair—bringing 17 years of diverse experience full circle. Now, she’s building her own era at Russ Ward Auto Body, still collaborating daily with the previous owner and championing the family values that have made the shop an Anaheim institution.
