We provide collision repair and related automotive services, including estimates, scheduling, parts procurement, and repair status updates. Any quote or estimate is an approximation based on visible damage and may change after teardown or discovery of additional damage. We will communicate material changes before proceeding.

2) Appointments & Cancellations

You may request appointments through the Site, by phone, or in person. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

3) Pricing, Payments & Insurance

• Prices may vary based on parts availability, OEM requirements, supplements, and insurer approvals.

• We accept the payment methods announced at the time of service. Balances are due upon vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If an insurer is involved, you remain responsible for any deductibles, denials, or amounts not covered by the insurer.

4) Parts, Repairs & Warranties

We use new, used, reconditioned, or OEM parts as appropriate or as required by your insurer/policy. Workmanship on body repairs is warranted for the period disclosed on your final invoice; parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without permission.

7) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third parties (e.g., map/estimate tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

• Charges: message and data rates may apply.

• No condition: consent to receive SMS is not a condition of service or purchase.

• Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
